The Soli'dari was created long ago by GroundStone Masters who were given the gift of archery by Fujita, the School of Wind.

It was a pact made in secrecy by vigilantes with a common goal. And rumored that if someone saw a Soli'dari, they were either seconds from death or its newest member.
